Orders & Payments

• Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Subscription Services

• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

• You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

Ticket Sales

• We offer tickets for events organised by Booze Tea Club Ltd on our site.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unopened, undamaged products.

• In the case of ticket sales, should the event be cancelled by ourselves you will be offered a full refund, or change of date.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

• Perishable or opened items are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon receipt of returned goods.

5. Right to Change Offering

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our offerings at any time without prior notice, including pricing, products, features, or services. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at our sole discretion.
